    I would like to clarify the answer and the steps for the solution, because I was looking for the problem and found one of the members had asked about the same problem and mentioned that you answered it in private… I hope to clarify the answer here in the hope that it will help those who are going through this problem by having the answer quickly and not miserable like me

    The order metadata is coming from theYITH COST OF GOODS FOR WOOCOMMERCE plugin.

    Currently, the integration of that plugin with Dokan is unavailable. Since the metadata is coming from a 3rd-party plugin, so we’ve no control over them.

    In that case, kindly contact the respective plugin support for help.

    The support team did not help and respond to me
    I deleted the plugin and the problem still exists, how do I solve it!

    Hi @mahmoudkhaledselim22,

    If you already deleted that plugin, then the order metadata should not appear for new orders.

    But you need to remove those metadata manually for old orders from the woocommerce_order_itemmeta database table.

    However, removing metadata from the database table will remove from the parent order as well.

    If you’re still having the problem even after removing the plugin, then you can contact any developer for help. Since the problem happens due to a 3rd-party plugin, we’re unable to help with it.
