first of all sorry for delay. google page speed wants images with quality 70 which you can set in our plugin but we dont advise that. all images are different and we treat all images seperately without one rule for all images so if you will set quality 70 in our plugin 99% google warning will disappear and you can please google but not your users as 70 quality is not acceptable to us. in most of the cases users are not going to zoom and check but if someone notices images with poor quality, you just earned one bad perception.so for us end customers is ultimate rather than google but we may be wrong in your specific case and you just want to please google. decide yourself
