If you go to WP Admin, Contact Form -> Options, in there you can change the format that the submit time will display in.

I may not fully understand what you are trying to do. If you just want an id number displayed from a short code, then you can use something like [cfdb-table form=”your-form” show=”submit_time”]. The submit_time value is the date in numeric form. Each time a form is submitted, it receives a unique “submit_time” value.

What I did was change the submit_time with the letter “u”, and shows me numbers 0000, for every form submission.
