How I can create custom folders?

I’m a newbie and I really need to upload a bunch of files into a directory of their own and it sounds like this plug-in will do just what I need. I am on WP version 4.4 and want to see if it will work. Just like the person above, I don’t understand how I make a new folder to put these specific files into. Can you please help me out? I want to make a subfolder named PDF and load a bunch of PDF files into it. Thanks!

Just read the settings page. There’s even a function to test your settings and preview the results.

@ulfben – if I’m looking at the information correctly, it doesn’t appear that I can make a folder called PDF. It doesn’t look like that is one of the options. Am I reading that correctly? It is still somewhat confusing to me, but I think I understand it a little more now. If it is possible to do it with making the folder name PDF, could you please elaborate a little more as I’m new to WordPress. Thanks!

No no! God no. The plugin will read your mind and automatically do whatever you want it to.

Wow! You are much nicer than me Oxojeck. I’m going to come right out and say how rude ulfben. Why do you have this plug-in available to people if you don’t want to help them use it???? There is no reason for you to be rude or belittle the ones of us that are new to all this and don’t have the knowledge you have. I have used lots of plug-ins and never didn’t understand at least how to use it. If your instructions were written better and you had better screen shots showing the steps and how to use the templates, maybe we wouldn’t of had to ask you how to use it. Even then you didn’t give any more useful info on how to use it. No other person has ever been rude whenever I did need to ask a question. Maybe you should reconsider doing something where you don’t deal with people. Just saying. Thanks for nothing.

I have already helped you twice in this thread. And that was after I gave you the entire plugin, documentation in your language, and nine years worth of updates and maintenance.

Like staying in, writing code and sharing it, for free, online? You’d think! But there seem to always be some entitled tosspot to volunteer their asinine, invariably wrong headed, opinions.
