how I, do enable html tags for the header widgets

i, I’m setting up a site with Kadence after trying a few themes and everything is going perfectly, but some details :).

I like the most is the block system in the header, but I have the problem that html widget blocks have the html very layered and do not allow me to add tags that I need such as “embed” and “marquee” very necessary for the design of the site, the question is: how I, do enable html tags for the header widgets.
