Uninstalling the new 2.0.8 of what ever the 2 was and then going back to 1.3.88 did not work. I had to restore a backup from 4-9-18. Now that may not work for other people but for me it did. Since the only chnages on the site were new ubscribers.
So i backed the bad 2.0.8 database. Added it to another plan database i created just incase i needed to get some data off of it using myphpadmin.
Now that i backed it up and have it someplace else. I restored the 4-9-18 database. Then went back to the bad database that had the current subscribers and pulled that data off and updated the restore database with the current subscribers list.
All this was using phpmyadmin. If you dont know how to use it or understand it then dont try it.
Not sure if this will help anyone. In my case i didnt have any new posted or articles i had made so it worked fine for me. After doing all this everything worked the way it was supposed to.

  • I have tried to back to UM 1.3.88, restore all file of my website and also MySQL database, but sadly it didn’t work. When I activate the UM 1.3.88 my site getting errors, I can’t access admin panel also the site not load properly from the frontend.

I really desperate for this, it seems like the UM 2.0.X injected something into my site which makes it unable to go back to the previous version.

Did u first uninstall ver 2 ? Then remove the plugin folder completely. Then restore. Then add the ver 1.3.88 plugin through the admin.

I am doing that right now….have major issues with this update!

So I did that, it updated, but then got fatal errors:

The Ultimate Member – Google reCAPTCHA extension requires the Ultimate Member plugin to be activated to work properly. You can download it here

    Funny, So your form says:Confirmation*
I confirm this is a pre-purchase question and not a support request or bug report.

So where do you want me to feel out? I am existing customer.

Im sorry I dont use the Google reCAPTCHA because I tried it on the 1.3.88 version and it gave problems. Maybe you can remove it and see what happens.

I have the following problem after update
Ultimate Member Gallery is inactive. The Ultimate Member plugin must be active for Ultimate Member Gallery to work. Please install & activate Ultimate Member ?

Also doesn’t my Ultimate Member Navigation anymore ??

    (@calumallison)

@3lions You can submit it via that form anyway or if you are a paid customer via the paid customer page which is: https://ultimatemember.com/support/ticket/

@mimzy2012 The gallery plugin is by another developer. They will need to release an update to make it compatible with UM2. What about your navigation does not work?

    Thanks
