    1.Access your installation directory for WordPress via FTP, SSH or File Manager in cPanel

    2. Open the folder wp-content/uploads/.

    3. Change the permissions on the learnpress folder to 755 or chmod 755 learnpress.

    4. Create the following directories:

    /wp-content/uploads/learnpress/import
    /wp-content/uploads/learnpress/export
    /wp-content/uploads/learnpress/temp

    5. Change the folder permissions on all 3 to 755

    6. Done. Refresh the page and try your import/export again.

    Wow….. worked like a treat….. All those hours wasted before I found this fix for
    “Can not create dir [0] Can not create dir [0]” with Thimpress import export
