How insert content into tab

    I looked everywhere but I can not find a solution on how do you insert content into different tabs, I need to insert form, shortcode etc. inside the tab, but all I have is the shortcode to insert the tab but without content.
    Can you help me? i want use this plug-in and leave a positive review.
