How long does it take to do a first index?

  • I have a large site, 1M words, lots of blocks installed but not used (still in process of deactivating them), maybe 10-15 blocks in total, but 1300 posts.

    I’ve been getting the twirling block logo for almost 2 hours? Someone else said it takes a while, but is that “too long”?

    Hey @polywogg,

    This is something that I am aware of. I am looking at a better way to query posts so that it is not querying every page all of the time.

    I will keep you updated on the progress of this.
