How long is the page cache valid? Is there a refresh time I can update?

    Great!

    My question is about the caching mechanism!

    Hypothetical assumption is
    Page1 is cached as Cached-Page1

    So when Page1 is updated will Cached-Page1 be updated also or will Cached-Page1-2 be created?

    @seodilip I’m not sure I understand the question. When a page is updated, it’s marked as expired in the page cache and regenerated upon next visit.
