How long time for change to kick in?

Changes to your site, like a tagline, should change immediately. If you don’t see the change on facebook or your website, try clearing your cache or just using a different browser.

As for changes in google, that could take a few hours but could also take weeks.

Okay, thanks for the quick answer.. When I put in the link to my website in a facebook conversation, it still says “Together we make profit” even though that was the old tagline? :/

Another question! I use the “All-in-one SEO” plugin, and I have changed the SEO description and SEO title on my pages, but when I search on my website on google, nothing of what I have changed shows? Google just shows the text content on my pages?

Facebook has its own cache and has to be cleared by going to the developers debug page.

Also suggest that you join google’s web developers tools. You get to add and verify that your sites are visible to google, you get some limited influence on what google do, but you get much more info on how google see your sites, how often they scan, what errors they find, they will also email you under some circumstances.
