    Hi @banijadev,

    Sorry for the delayed response. It seems like the issue is with the Whatsapp API page where you are fetching the URL parameters. In general %0A works fine and it adds a line break to the text (see this screenshot)

    The issue is not with FluentForms. Rather the issue is with Whatsapp.

    can you contact their (whatsapp api) attach this issue?
    its more credibel if contact from original developer
