How make resume_file or resume_content field required

    You would need a custom validation function added to submit_resume_form_validate_fields to do this, because our API lets you set required on or off, not dependent on another field.

    I am actually looking for a way to make the resume content field not required and I have not been able to find that option anywhere. Any help will be appreciated.
