How many Forms can be used on a wbsite with the lite version ?

    Hi !

    I have created 2 different forms with the WPForms.
    With One, everything is OK, I receive the Email notification (as admin) when I test it online.

    But I do not receive any notification with the other form… I have the same sepup notification for both forms.

    Is that a limitation with the lite version ?
    I can receive email notification with only one form ?

    Hi @brice-guezet,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery. There are no limitation to the number of forms that can be used in WPForms Lite. The issue is likely due to strict email spam prevention settings that is wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

    To resolve email delivery issue, you could configure a SMTP plugin on your site so emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    Hi Ethan and thank you for your answer !

    I did it and it was OK but not sure the problem was it…

    Because before, I wasn’t using a STMP plugin and the notifications were OK in my first contact form…

    It is when I have created the second form that the notifications were OK on the second but not on the first… (?!)

    Couldn’t it be also a question of cache ?
    I’ve also emptied all my server cache (I’m using W3 total cache plugin)
    Even if I admit that it would be very strange…

    Well now everything is OK, I receive notification with both forms and that is the most important ! ??

    Thanks for the update! Glad to hear that you’re receiving notifications.

    Email delivery issues could be due to a number of reasons (web server settings, hosting, email spam filter etc), so the best way to ensure email delivery is to set up SMTP on your site.
