    Hi Folks,
My forms are working great with Forminator so many thanks for that.
However, one form isn’t working at all. I’m not getting any error messages but suspect I’ve got too many e-mail addresses in the notification field. I have 14 addresses as that is the body count of our committee.
Have I over cooked things? If so by how many or is there another reason the message isn’t being recieved.
    Cheers,
    Eugene.

    Hello @gene-stevo !

    I hope you’re having a great week!

That should be perfectly fine with this number of recipients, I’m guessing that the issue may be somewhere else, namely with the process of sending the messages themselves.

Best option here is to use a plugin that will allow you to set up SMTP sending from the site. This ensures deliverability of the emails as often the default messages sent from WP are simply discarded by many email providers. There was just too much spam and they’ve decided that it’s better to simply not accept those.

Setting up SMTP sending on WordPress is very similar to setting up an email app on your phone or desktop – and usually the credentials are the same.

You can use our plugin Branda to set this in Branda >> Emails >> SMTP and give it a go to see whether the messages are being sent out. Branda also has an option to enable Email Logging to get a bit more details about the messages being sent from the site. It will log all outgoing emails and save any errors which are otherwise not visible.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

Appears it’s an issue with mail-gun.
Will speak to our IT wizard.
    Cheers,
