How many reviews…

can a person write for 1 plugin. Yes I know it is support to be 1 review. But I have a developer that is refusing to honor any support or to provide me with the updated plugin that will work with the latest WP because I left a negative review. This developer wants me to either delete the review or write another review. I know per this (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome#Deleting_.2F_Editing_Posts) that I cannot edit/delete the review. I pointed this out to the developer so now they are asking me to write another review. I honestly believe writing a second review is against policy or ToS. But I cannot find any documentation about this. Could/Would a moderator please point me in the right direction about this.
