• I would like a group to use the same username and passsword. Is there a limit to how many people can use the same login at the same time?

    Thanks,

Does no one if there is a maximum number of simultaneous logins for one username?

While it may seem reasonable to do this so you have less users to manage, doing so can and likely will cause other issues to arise.

    1. How will you know what person actually logged in/performed some task at site?
    2. Can cause much confusion if folks each edit something at same time.
    3. Generally, this is considered an insecure manner of managing user accounts.

So to summarize, don’t do that is the correct answer.

    1. I’m not tracking if they login and do something.
    2. They have no editing privileges.
    3. Yes, I know it is insecure.

While “don’t do that” may be the correct answer, it really doesn’t answer my question, but thanks for your input.
