    Total size of files for cloning: 45.18MB
    Excluded files from cloning (?): 2
    Total size of excluded files: 12.88MB
    Count MySQL tables for cloning: 11

    Hello Thananit,

    as you can see from your “Results of scanning”,
    you have not enough free space on your hosting/server
    to create file archive for transferring to another server/hosting:

    “Free space of server: 0B“

    It is one of the possible problems, but not the fact that this is the problem.
