how move draft pages to bottom of list

Thanks for the plugin. How do I have the draft pages show up at the bottom of the list? I have been using the “My Page Order” plugin, and I have dragged the drafts down to the bottom of my “My Page Order” list, but your plugin neatly lists all the drafts at the top (in a nice gray which I noticed I can easily change in the options). I chose the default “Menu Order.” Is there another choice that would move the drafts to the bottom? Thank you.
