    I’d like to understand the timeline for analytics data to appear within the platform. After a popup or widget is launched, how much time does it typically take for the analytics to start reflecting user interactions, impressions, and conversions?

    Additionally, is there a specific delay due to data processing or aggregation? Do different metrics (like views, clicks, and conversion rates) update in real-time, or is there a scheduled interval for data refresh?

    Hello Jodie,

    Our detailed analytics are updated daily at approximately 12:15 AM Pacific Time (GMT -7). We collect and process a significant amount of data, which is then compiled into the reports you receive.

    However, the pop-up impressions and conversion counts in campaigns page are tracked and displayed in real time.
