Hello there! Thanks for the plugin and for the awesome work.
I just published a PDF file on WooCommerce that is a free e-book. I want to offer this free e-book to students that are enrolled in a course. People that are not enrolled can’t buy the e-book, so it’s only for the ones that really paid for the course.

When a new student buy the course, they are automatically registered in a Sendinblue list.

For the e-book I’m using WP Fusion to only show it if the user is logged and registered in the specific Sendinblue list. It worked when I tried to download because I’m registered. Then I created a new account and bought the course, but when I try to go the e-book page it redirects me to the page I’ve choosen to redirect people that are not logged in or are not part of the list.

So I enter into my Sendinblue account and it seems to be fine, the user is on the list and this part is working. Buy the course, go to the students list. Perfect.
But when I try to go the the book page, it’s not working.

For a time I thought that maybe I need to run something using the tools, but didn’t know what would be the exactly thing to do.

5 hours later I tried again and suddenly it was working. So I think that there is some time, a specific time period that I need to wait until the list is read again.

Is there some way to read the lists every time a new users buy the course or something like that? (Like a woocommerce purchase get Completed or maybe every minute or 5 minutes]).
    How often is it running?

    Thank you so much again,

    Joao

    Hey @joaotostes ,

If you go to the user’s profile in the admin you’ll see a WP Fusion section which shows what lists WP Fusion has loaded from Sendinblue. You can click Resync Lists to load any updated lists.

You can also do that for all users at the same time by going to Settings >> WP Fusion >> Advanced and running a Resync Lists operation. That will update the lists for all registered users.

There isn’t an option to check on a schedule. Your only option in the free version of WP Fusion is to go to Settings >> WP Fusion >> General and check the box for Sync Lists on Login. Then if the user logs out and back in again, their lists will be loaded, and they’ll be able to access the content.

In the full version of WP Fusion we have a built in integration with WooCommerce (https://wpfusion.com/documentation/ecommerce/woocommerce/), so their lists would be available immediately after checkout, and they wouldn’t have to log out and back in again.

    Cheers
    Jack
