How Old is the DB File Used w/ This Plug-in?

    How often are you updating this file ’cause I’m seeing a $50+ charge to buy the .mmdb file separately from MaxMind?

    The database is not included in the plugin so how often you update is entirely up to you.

    Just like it is entirely up to you if you use the free version, the paid version of the GeoIP API version.

    Hi Pascal,

    Well, now I’m really confused. When I downloaded the program, there was an .mmdb file attached, which I copied to the UPLOADS folder. What was that?

    Hi,

    There is no mmdb file included in this plugin. If the database does not exists it asks you to download it with a url where you can download it and where the mmdb file should be placed.
