How or Which Plugin do I need for this effect?

    I am working on a site for a friend
    He built his site or a idea of it on wix

    This is a example of it

    He would like me to migrate it over to wordpress

    I am using WordPress 4.7.3 with Avada Theme 5.0.6

    The Header = No Problem
    The Menu = No Problem
    1st Section = No Problem
    Palm Trees (Fusion Slider with Parallax Scrolling Effect Enabled)

    Now it is the 2nd section where I have problems.
    This section has 2 images (left & right)
    As the mouse hovers to the left or right that image turns a Orange tint
    Also there is TEXT that overlays on top of the image.
    Next there is a button under the text.

    My question is how can I do this in wordpress? do I need a special plugin?

    Also in the 3rd section (WHO WE ARE)
    How do I add a 2nd image with a Parallax Scrolling Effect enabled?
    It seems I can only add one image with Parallax Scrolling Effect.
