How other user can upload video on wordpress site

  • Hi I am new and started to learn wordpress
    i have created wordpress setup on my local machine

    Question :- if there are multiple users created and i want to give permission to upload videos so how can i give?
    and which plugin i need to install..?

    is there any free plugin/ or paid plugin

    Please help me to solve

    I recommend UM Gallery, but you’ll have to hire a developer to create a video album, that’s what I did.
