How refrain the plugin from adding posts restricted to the public?

Actually the title is the question: how refrain your great plugin from adding posts restricted to the public? Otherwise site engines get a 404 when trying to crawl hidden from the general public posts. I use Capability Manager plugin to setup new roles.
