How remove “This entry was posted…” on post page?

    Hi
    First make a backup of single.php
    Just open single.php in the deafault directory of your theme.
    Then remove the lines from

    <p class=”postmetadata alt”> till </small> </p>

    The whole grayed box will disapear.

    That still leaves “Comments are closed.”

    I had deleted similar lines from image.php to no effect. Thanks for clarification.
