How rename index

In my use case:
I will build a lot of independant wordpress websites, I duplicated the same database as starter; so I have an index elastic search with the same name by example “wpdockerlocalhost8000-post-1” that I need to change.

How can I use and create another index from back end elastic press or wp cli ou database ?
I didn’t find in the back end
