    Hello @pivr,

First question (Is it possible to have only those information asked on the check-out form?) : Yes it’s possible ! You can allow customers to create an account during checkout into Woo-commerce / Settings / Account & Privacy/ Account creation.

Second question (why should a natural user create an account?) : Due to legislation and security it’s mandatory for your user to have MGP accounts.

    Have a nice day,

    Hi!

Thanks for your answer, but my question was, is it possible to only have those fields? On my check-out form I also have Company name, Address, Zipcode and Phone number…

    Thanks a lot,

    Hello @pivr ,

If this natural user want to be a buyer : On our side, Address + Zipcode are not mandatory but you still need it to edit their bills. It’s very classic to have this type of fields on a checkout form.

If this natural user want to become a vendor : Address + Zipcode will be used on our side to validate his KYC documents.

About company name (optional) and phone number (optional) we didn’t ask such information, but I’m quite sure you can configure your woo-commerce checkout page to “remove-it”.

    Have a nice day,

    Audouin,
