How Search Query Works For both input field is inserted

    I am working on a website,that has two fields available as boxes that allows input of the name and a nearby location as inputs by visitor,For Example If user searchs by name “test”, city “Idaho” and sets nearby distance within 200 miles, this query would have results displayed as per location Idaho and other nearby locations completly ignoring the so called user “test” within 200 miles. Could you please help me find a way where i could look for the number of users having a similar name such as “test” in the city idaho as well as in location peripheral set by the user which would be 200 miles.
