How the document field works when sending data into salesforce?

    I’m currently sending data into salesforce from gravity form, for that I have used salesforce add-on and mapped fields.
    I have a ducument field in the gravity form where users enter some document or images here.
    This field will send the document URL generated from wordpress.
    but due to storage issue, we are currenlty storing these documents into digital ocean using SyncS3 plugin,
    in the form entries in wordpress for that particular field, it is giving digital ocean url, but to salesforce, it is still sending URL of wordpress which is giving page not found error because we are not storing document in wordpress.
    so I want send digital ocean url to my salesforce field also.
    please do suggest me how can I achieve this.

    I think you have the wrong plugin. This is not a gravity form add-on and does not support file uploads at all.
