I checked the example URL and it seems the iframe is currently lazy-loaded by some different tool.

Make sure you have LazyLoad for iframes enabled only in our plugin for the feature Replace YouTube Iframe with Preview Image to work.

same problem for me. I use Litespeed cache plugin. I disabled iframe lazy loading and installed your plugin, but still I get the iframe (not the thumbnail).
