How tio activate css when menu is sticky

Is the HTML position of this element outside of the navigation element?

In this case you can use the class that the theme adds onto the menu, when the menu is sticky:

site-navigation-fixed

From:

<div class="navigation-top site-navigation-fixed">
 ...
</div>

I did this i the CSS:

#menu-item-46 {
	display:none;
	
}

.site-navigation-fixed #menu-item-46{
	display: inline-block;
