• I’m trying to add the Jetpack plugin to my blog as I recently purchased a new WordPress theme. However, I can’t find the “plugin” section in my www.ads-software.com dashboard. I’ve tried searching for it everywhere and it doesn’t seem to exist.

How do I find the plugin section? Is there another way to add Jetpack to my account? Do I need WordPress premium to add plugins?

Many thanks for everyone’s help and time!

    Hi there:

It sounds like your site is hosted on WordPress.com, is that correct? If so, you don’t need to install Jetpack. The Jetpack plugin is comprised of WordPress.com features and packaged together for self-hosted sites.

If your site is using the WordPress software on your own host – then please provide me with more details like your site URL and who your host is.

I hope that clarifies things! Let me know if you have any questions.
