how to access "settings" area of wp dashboard

hi all

I have successfully set up my local site and just bought a domain etc and installed wordpress on it. I was in the process of moving from the local server to the website.

To cut a long story short I have been a bit daft and pointed the local site at the real website and the real website at the local site.

Now I can’t access the dashboard area of either (eeek). Basically neither set of logins work (as they are pointing to each other). Arrgghhh.

How do I access the “settings” area of the dashboard via css? Or is there another solution?
