How to access the initial menu data entry screen

    Hi,
    Thanks for the great plugin.
    Please let me know how to get the initial category/menu items data entry screen.. the default WordPress method is very time consuming.. plus its easier for lesser technical people. Suppose my site is on https://localhost/testmenu, what wil the url be?
