How to access the lost WordPress backups due to Improper plugin configuration

    Hello,

    Kindly help me, as my website database unknowingly deleted from the server of BlueGeek and now i need to restore its backups from the UpDraft which is also missing.

    I was stored the backup of my company’s WordPress website to updraft backup (free plan) plugin and saved the backup there, but there is no backups shown now when i checked it, may be due to plugin configured improperly.

    Help me to recover my database for November month as it is highly required. How can i get access to these backups again?
