How to access wp-content folder?

  • Hi,

    Is there a way to access the wp-content folder? I need some files that are stored in there but I can’t for the life of me find a way to get into it.

    do you have access to your webhosting account Cpanel area or can you get to your files via FTP client?

    I have access to the control panel but not FTP.

    OK. Does your CPanel area have FILE MANAGER?

    If yes, open up the file manager area (your webhosting support team can help you if you are not sure how to do it)
    inside the file manager look around for the WP-Content folder.
    uploads, themes and plugins are available in the WP-Content folder.
