    I’ve downloaded a plug-in and I’ve found translated .mo and .po-files for it.

    I can’t get them to work. I tried swapping the original .mo-file with the translated one, putting it in the same plug-in folder, putting it in the languages-folder, … No result.

    What’s the standard procedure for activating a language for a (Widgetized) plug-in?

    Strange thing is: it’s translated in the backend, but not on the frontpage.

    Solution. The plug-in has an admin-panel of itself in which you can give in translated terms manually.
