How to Activate/deactivate nav-menu?

  • Hi there!
    I have a nav-menu
    My goal is to activate/deactivate a nav-menu and keep the same id on it, so the css for that nav button is still there.

    Is there any plugin for that ? Or anyother way to keep that id or css ?
