    Hello, I purchased TS Poll Personal. How do I activate it on my website? When I click on “Upgrade to Pro” or “Go Pro,” it links to purchase again.

    Hello, I am replying for others to know the answer since I was not able to locate any information on this forum:

    After you purchase the plugin, you will receive an email with a plugin URL link to a zip file. Expect the email about three hours after purchase.

    That was my question as well. Thanks for the update. Very strange that it’s not an automated thing once you pay.

    Thanks for providing some info on what happens. This is the most painful plugin purchase experience I have ever had. No documentation, vague wording… Horrible
