How to actualize from 3.8 (strato hosting)

  • Hi,
    i wanted to update my WordPress but in the actualization menue there is no oportunity to select update WordPress. Only Themes and Plugins.
    Now i entered in my STARTO hosting backend and there was the oportunity to update from 3.7.1 to 3.8.
    But now further on i cannot update.

    In the past (maybe) i made the mistake to install WordPress with the instaling wizard from strato. Now i cannot find how to update manually.

    Does anyone know? Which files has to be changed in the server?
