How to add a category that will work with WPML?

All other CPT content are working well, thanks CPT UI.
I search some information about doing this, and I see this post from WPML:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-post-categories-and-custom-taxonomies/But there is no such language dropdown menu in my CPT category.
