How to add a custom dynamic link?

I need to add a custom dynamic link to the emails. I tried to find action hooks in the plugin to do it, but it appears that all the process happens in https://app.creativemail.com/

I also saw that we can use placeholders to tailor the messages, is it possible to create a custom placeholder that fetch this dynamic link or exist any other way to achieve it?
