How to add a date & time stamp in Sliding Door theme

The posts on my site https://cyclingblog.co.za/ stamp posts as being added 1 day ago or 4 hours ago etc.
I want them to show as being added on the date and time.
Can I replace the original text with the new date/time stamp text somewhere ?Im using Sliding Door 1.5 theme by Wayne Connor
I didnt find anything on this at the theme help site https://www.mac-host.com/support/viewforum.php?f=6Thank you
