How to add a dropdown with options?

    Can you please tell me how to show a dropdown with options on the Booking Event page just above the ‘Comments’.

    I want people to pick a hat size before they book an event.

    I have created foolwing
    #_ATT{Shirt Size}{S|M|XL|2XL |3XL}
    #_ATT{Size}{Size -1}

    then pasted in ‘Formatting’ like below but it does not show in the booking page for the user. What am I doing wrong. How should I do it?

    Do you have Enable event attributes set to Yes under Events > Settings > General > General Options?
