How to add a email contact form?

    How can I add a form embedded into the contacts page on my website so people can enter their name, phone, email, question and it will be sent to my email address? I want this to go into one of my pages so I’m not sure how to do that, I would only know how to add it as a widget on the sidebar maybe but I want this on the actual page. Any ideas?
