How to add a form?

Hi all,

I have for years had wordpress on my server thanks to fantastico but have only recently installed it for the first time.

I have installed a plug in that allows me to post php in to my posts but a problem I have is posting forms

an example form so you know what I am meaning:

<form action="" method="POST">
<input type="text" size="20" value="name"><input type="submit" name="submit" value="Enter">
</form>

Does anyone know how to make it so I can post a form in to post or a page?
