How to add a link around to the "new" div?

  • Does anyone know how to wrap an a/href link around the “.new-topic-notifier” div to make the label extra useful?

    I want the “New” label to act as a button that links to the oldest unread post since the user’s last visit.

    So for example, if I created a new thread, left the website, and then returned to the forum index at a later point after 10 replies had been made to my thread, the “New” label would link to the #anchor location of the first reply to the thread.
