How to add a link in a widget to my facebook page

  • I have a word press website and also a facebook page. I want to use the widget section to include a facebook icon that links to the facebook page, but can’t figure this one out. I know I should be able to put some code in a text widget… can anyone help me on this?

  • I grabbed this real fast so I am not sure it this code is working but it will give you an idea of what the code will look like

    If you have already tried putting code in a widget but there is no area’s to set the widget in the admin section then your theme does not support widgets and you will have to either use another theme or contact the author of the them. The other option is to code it in yourself.
