How to Add a new tag to the header?

I am trying to incorporate images to be shown in the search results when using Swiftype. Swiftype crawler picks up the image from a special <meta> tag as shown below:
<meta class=’swiftype’ name=’image’ data-type=’enum’ content='[image url]’ />Any idea what filter I can hook into to add this <meta>?
